Her diverse background spans roles as a massage therapist, hospitality manager, chef, real estate broker, business owner, and artisan chocolate maker.

Today, she specializes in consulting for individuals looking to relocate to and/or establish businesses in Costa Rica, offering expert guidance on logistics and navigating the country’s unique processes. Based in the scenic Chirripó region, Tao is also dedicating time to writing her memoir, reflecting on her rich experiences and deep connection to this beautiful country.
